Greg has twenty years experience in the Vancouver real estate and mortgage business. Originally from South Africa, he immigrated to Vancouver in 1994 where he landed his first job as a development consultant working on both local and international retail projects. He then moved into the commercial mortgage business where he led the Western Canadian expansion of a US-based commercial lender. Following this, he worked as a development director on a mixed-use project in Dubai, and most recently was in charge of site acquisitions and leasing for TransLink at their head office in New Westminster. Greg is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

PRIOR TO JOINING WWC
Before joining William Wright, Greg was Manager of Acquisitions and Asset Management for TransLink Real Estate. He was in charge of acquiring sites for future infrastructure expansion initiatives and portfolio leasing including retail, office and vacant land. Prior to this he was Director of Development for DIFC Properties in Dubai, overseeing early stage planning and development of a large-scale mixed-use project in the Financial District.
