This position offers the unique opportunity for a highly-talented and driven individual to develop his/her leasing and sales skills in the commercial real estate industry.

Job Description:
  • Conduct fundamental research and due diligence of investment opportunities.
  • Prepare offers and assist with negotiations.
  • Prospect new business and initiate sales calls.
  • Liaise with and report to clients as needed
  • Active sales representative license with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team-based environment
  • Creative, possesses strong work ethic and drive to excel
  • A good communicator
