This position offers the unique opportunity for a highly-talented and driven individual to develop his/her leasing and sales skills in the commercial real estate industry.
Job Description:
- Conduct fundamental research and due diligence of investment opportunities.
- Prepare offers and assist with negotiations.
- Prospect new business and initiate sales calls.
- Liaise with and report to clients as needed
Qualifications:
- Active sales representative license with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team-based environment
- Creative, possesses strong work ethic and drive to excel
- A good communicator
